North Dakota OKS Black Box restrictions
North Dakota made the first step in dealing with legal issues around the vehicle “black boxes”, with the adoption of a law that requires manufacturers to inform buyers on the burner and prevents insurance companies and of repression by using data recorder.
Event-data recorder (EDR) that the black boxes are officially called, information such as vehicle speed, brakes, steering, airbag installation and even if the driver was wearing a belt.
